Bailey Hill
Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate
Supervised by Jennifer Dougherty, Ph.D, LPC-S, RPT-S
I’m so glad you’re here, and I look forward to meeting you! As a therapist, I welcome clients to bring their authentic selves into the therapy space, where I believe change happens through empathy, trust, and collaboration.
Originally from Houston, I moved to Dallas in 7th grade and have called it home ever since. My passion for helping others grew through a variety of life experiences, from mission trips to Zambia to teaching after graduating from the University of Texas. These experiences led me back to my calling—helping people heal and grow. I decided to return to school and earned my master’s in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, where I gained the knowledge and clinical skills needed to effectively support my clients. Each of these stepping stones—whether through teaching, service, or education—has played a vital role in shaping the therapist I am today.
On the weekends, you’ll likely find me enjoying a coffee walk outdoors or browsing at Home Goods! I find joy in simple pleasures like good weather and dinner at a new restaurant with my fiancé.
Now that we’re acquainted, feel free to scroll down to learn more about my personal clinical approach!
~Bailey

I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach that honors your unique experiences and inner wisdom. At the core of our work is a genuine, supportive relationship where you are seen, heard, and empowered. I integrate principles of polyvagal theory to help you better understand your nervous system and develop tools for building safety and regulation. Alongside this, I incorporate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional balance, distress tolerance, and more mindful, intentional living. Together, we’ll create a space that fosters healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration—together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and work through the challenges that are holding you back. I’m excited to work closely with you, especially when it comes to processing the deeper hurts that have shaped your life. Whether you're dealing with past trauma, difficult emotions, or challenging patterns, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way, holding space for whatever comes up without judgment. My goal is to empower you with the tools, insights, and support you need to find healing, clarity, and peace. I believe in your capacity for growth, and I’m honored to be a part of your journey.
